I don't know your living situation, but we live in a two story townhouse with a basement. We were getting heat just fine upstairs, cause it rises, but the cold air was not good. If it is an option, check your basement for vents. I, to this day, do not understand why we had regular vents blowing precious air conditioning into the basement. If you have vents going into your basement try to cover them up. We used duct tape, and Voila! we had A.C. in the upstairs bedroom.
