What does the filter do? The filter's job, is to filter the air before it enters the ac unit to keep the coils clean, and provide clean air. OKAY. BINGO! look at your ac unit. Figure out the intake of air register (air goes inside your unit) Then, look for the filter. If is a window unit you have. It is made out of plastic, pull the cover out, take the filter out and then washe it. If is an air conditioning unit that supplies air to the whole house. you need to go to the unit where you hear the motor blowing the air, and turn the power off to the unit, then open the panel and the filter should be right there!. On split systems you normally find the blower inside your attic. If is a stand up a/c unit inside of closet or not inside of closet it will be the behind the front panel. If you have a single package unit, meaning not a split system, then, you need to find the blower section, open the panel and should be there. EUREKA!. I FOUND IT! Good job you get a B-.

The Old Motor (Both Are 240V) Had 3 Wires Connected, 2 Going To The Capacator, And 1 Going To A Black Relay Box I Believe. The New Motor Has 2 Seperate Wires Just For The Capacator.. And Then Also A Black And White One.. (Not Using Blue Or Red Which Are Low And Med Speed)

Is the orange wire on the capacitor in your picture attached to the top of the contactor? It is hard to tell.
If it is, then on the new motor, the 2 separate wires that go to the capacitor (probably both brown), go to the capacitor, the black wire on the new motor goes to the same place where the original black wire went on the relay, and the white wire goes to the terminal where that orange wire comes off of the contactor.
I hope this makes sense. A lot of older motors were 3 wire.

Looking At The Unit From The Back, From Outside, The Styrofoam Part Is Closed Off From The Working Parts Of The Air Conditioning Unit And The Back Grille.
When The Unit Is Operating, You Can Sit There And See An Enormous Amount Of Water Pool Up Inside The Grilles Around The Styrofoam Area, I Mean An Enormous Amount. It Doesn'T Appear To Have Any Outlet To Run Back To The Back Of The Unit, It Certainly Doesn'T Appear To Be Running Down Into The Opening To The Fan Area. It Just Pools Up And Blows Out The Vent Grilles.
We Have Tried Everything And It'S Impossible To Mount This Unit Tilted Any More Downward, But It Continues To Blow Water Out Of The Grille To Where We Have To Keep Towels On The Floor In Front Of It. I'Ve Even Thought Of Punching Holes In The Styrofoam To See If That Might Help The Water Stop Pooling Up In The Area Around The Vents.

It sounds like a drain problem, although not the drain in the back as others have mentioned. (Also, I'm not sure how freezing up would make it expel that much water...)
There should be a place in the styrofoam where the water can drain to the back of the unit--this is most likely plugged. The easiest way to find and unplug the drain is to remove the cover from the unit (remove a few screws on the sides and top, and the whole outer case (sides and top) should lift off). Find the hole where the water is supposed to drain and unplug it, you shouldn't' have to drill another hole. While you have the cover off, clean it well and make sure none of the fins (front and back) are bent: if they are, you can straighten them with a fin comb (or if it's just a few, with a credit card).
Also check to make sure that a rear drain, if present, is not plugged. Many modern window air conditioners do not have a rear drain at all--the fan is low enough that once some water collects in the bottom, it will hit the fan and splatter on the condenser coils (cooling them, and evaporating).
